Each booking to include a €300 deposit and a recent photograph



Balance of fees to be paid one week before course commencement



Each Student to adhere to rules and regulations as stated and signed by guardian on enrolment form



Active Language Learning shall have full control & authority over all junior students



Active Language Learning may at any time and at their sole discretion (whether stated or not) dismiss a pupil



Active Language Learning will not be liable for any articles, the property of the pupil, damaged or mislaid



The parent or guardian hereby indemnifies Active Language Learning against all actions, claims, costs expenses and



damages arising from misconduct, default or any breach of law whatever on the part of the pupil
